Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL, the Relevant Person

• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDPL and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• It has the right to object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems and to demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

To exercise the aforementioned rights, you have the option to submit a written request, including pertinent details to verify your identity and explanations concerning the right you wish to exercise. The requests you submit in this regard will be processed promptly and concluded within a maximum period of 30 days. Currently, there are no fees associated with such requests. However, if additional costs are necessary for the transaction, the fee specified by the tariff established by the Personal Data Protection Board may be applied. Your requests will be assessed and resolved as swiftly as possible, with a maximum turnaround time of 30 days. MOS Fuarcılık A.Ş. retains the right to impose charges beyond the fee tariff (if applicable) set by the Personal Data Protection Board for these requests.
